I only have a few full color images. Do I still choose to publish in full color?

If even a single page of your book requires color, then your book must be printed on a color printer. However, due to the high cost of color printing, we strongly recommend black-and-white printing unless you are publishing a children's illustrated book, a cookbook, or a photography book.
