What is an imprint?
An imprint is a trade name or brand name for a group of works. As a self-published author, you can use your author name or any other name you choose. Your imprint can be used by retailers for record keeping and for promotional material, to build recognition of your author brand. Imprints are optional. If you elect to have Bublish assign your ISBN(s), and you do not provide an imprint, your ISBN will only be associated with “Bublish, Incorporated” as your publisher. Your imprint cannot be changed once your book is published without assigning an entirely new ISBN to your book.
